Giorgio Foods has a business continuity plan in place that prepares for a number of different crisis situations. It outlines the methods and responsibilities for crisis management and how Giorgio Foods would respond to a potential crisis in order to ensure a response that does not compromise product safety and quality. This plan is reviewed yearly and edited to update contact information and address any new potential threats.
We maintain all records generated as a result of these programs for three years and make them readily available to the appropriate reviewers.
To maintain SQF level 3 certification, Giorgio Foods food safety and quality programs are audited annually by SQF certified auditors to verify the overall effectiveness of the SQF System and to verify the SQF System continues to be implemented as documented.
